At the very end of Boka’s bay lies an ancient town that was build by Romans ages ago… we speak about Kotor, which old name in Latin is Cattarum, or Cattaro.

That old, ancient name “Cattaro” was used to name our hotel “Cattaro”.

The Cattaro Hotel was founded on 13^th of July 2006. which is also the Montenegro state day. The hotel is situated in three different city buildings: Providur’s palace (who was a local authority in period of time when Venetians were in govern of this part of Adriatic cost, until 1806.), Town Guard and Napoleon’s Theatre (which was build in 1810).

All three buildings are integrally saved and adapted for being used as a Hotel. The interior looks like you entered in 18^th century buildings with portraits of old captains and admirals and pictures of old sail ships and naval warfare, but with all luxury that you can imagine, such as big, nice rooms with plasma TV, computer, constant internet connection, rich mini bar, beautiful bathroom and all rooms with a look on the Kotor’s Maine Square, and more with three extra luxury suites.

Also, the Hotel Cattaro has a Royal restaurant (with nine tables, 54 pax limited, all interior arranged in same way as the rest of Hotel), Casino and a Conference hall for small and medium conference auditorium.
